Your stustu's are heirloom quality, and will last many lifetimes with proper and loving care.

care info

- Please remove your jewelry when doing anything active or rough on your body/hands. For example: working out, gardening, showering, swimming, washing dishes, etc.

- I encourage you to do individual research on the stones you have purchased to ensure you know their needs, mohs hardness, etc. as they vary drastically from one stone to the next, and some of my pieces contain a wide array of types.

- Requests for repair are on a case-by-case basis. Normal wear and tear happens! However, any repairs assessed to be caused by carelessness, or negligence to follow care instructions, will be worked on a fair labor and material rate.

faq's

- Due to the nature of handcrafted products, I do not accept returns, unless it's due to a manufacturing fault. If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your piece for aesthetic reasons, you may exchange your unworn jewelry for something of equal or lesser value.

- All ready-to-ship items will go out within 5 days of the order being placed. Bespoke, custom, and made-to-order items will take approximately 4-6 weeks. Please reach out directly if you need accommodations for a quicker turn around, and I will always do my best.

- Please, please, please (I really can't stress this enough) purchase shipping insurance for your items, especially ones of high value! Once the package leaves my hands at the mail carrier, the responsibility is passed to you, the consumer. If something were to happen in transit, I cannot refund or replace your lost item.
